Thanks Dana, I’ll post more stuff in the future about vata imbalance, it’s a really lovely practice to rebalance or keep vata dosha in balance, because it’s all about taking care of the nervous system. Really nurturing and nourishing, I love it!

I’ve just read your tag line! I recognised that there was much in common with our writings but I hadn’t seen your tag line ‘musings on body, heart and mind…’! The reason I made that a theme in my writings and work is because my background has been Ayurvedic Nutrition for a long time, and Ayurvedic nutrition focuses on nourishing the body through food, the mind through what we feed our senses, and the heart through how our relationships feed our heart. I think the more people that nourish people’s body, mind and heart, the better. I look forward to sharing the journey with you 🌻
