Love your description of Autumn Lucy, so rich and vivid 🍂 I used to feel the dread and anxiety creeping in, but these days it's my favourite season, perhaps because as I've got older I value turning inwards so much more 😊

Thank you, Vicki, me too for same reasons 🌻This year I’m loving the feeling of hibernating with the seeds of things that can bloom next year, glad to take time for this. It’s lovely isn’t it, not having to put on a show but just quietly working a way until the time is right for blossoms to show 🌱

Such a gorgeous soup, Lucy! In Chinese Medicine, too, the health of our metabolism and digestion is considered essential for health and wellness overall.

Thanks, Dana 😊 I think there’s some similarities between Ayurveda and Chinese medicine, there was a time when Buddhist monks travelled from India to China and information shared. One day when I have more time I will enjoy reading about Chinese medicine. I had acupuncture once and it was very good.

Soup looks yum! 😋 We're in spring, heading into summer here in the southern hemisphere, but as you say, the other seasons will come around again. Winter wasn't that hard this year because for the first time ever I understood it's all just seasons, and summer comes again.

Spring is such a lovely season, and it makes such a difference ‘understanding’ it’s all just seasons, when you get that in your body. Are you doing the Ayurvedic spring cleanse, I’m just in the middle of the autumn one over here. 🌻
