Managed one early morning last week & felt great for it, but this was followed by 3 very late nights. Thank you for patiently repeating this helpful advice. I will keep trying. 🤣 it is the hardest thing. Most of the people I give consultations to don’t end up following all the advice for the required amount of time, they pick the bits they like the sound of, and in the long run, change doesn’t happen. It is really had to change fundamental things 🧡 it took me time too 😊
